We start by connecting to your data in data warehouses and data analytics solutions. Loops is a warehouse-native solution and works very flexibly with data stored in different structures.
Next, our team of data science and data engineering experts conduct an onboarding session to define your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prioritize segments, and validate that Loops’ numbers align with your own. It is important to ensure that the Loops platform ultimately speaks your language. This process usually takes just a few hours.
Once the data is mapped and KPIs are defined, the platform automatically starts running analyses.
The entire integration process typically requires only a few hours of your time. After your onboarding, you'll be given access to the Loops platform, the Loops team will provide you training, and you can start exploring the insights generated by Loops.

Connecting to Loops is Easy
Your data stays with you, we don’t copy or move it
We don’t add any code
We simply connect to your data stack
Integrating a new platform can seem daunting, especially with disparate data silos.
Loops is designed to make this process quick, easy and fast-to-value , ensuring you can start benefiting from its powerful insights almost immediately.
You don’t need to send your data to Loops, unless you prefer to. Loops simply connects to your data - keeping it securely within your control.
Our team of data scientists and engineers also work closely with you, ensuring your integration is smooth and efficient.
We do not store your user-level data, and we do not process Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Our approach minimizes security risks and ensures compliance with privacy regulations
This is a common concern among companies. Data is rarely perfect, but as long as the majority of your product data is tracked reliably, Loops can work with it. We also have methods to automatically identify data quality issues, such as events that no longer fire.
The Loops platform can operate on your raw events or on a semantic layer of features. From our experience, not all events need to be used. We have mechanisms to recommend which events should be prioritized based on their contribution to KPIs and recency.
From the moment the platform gets access to your data, it’s usually a matter of 7-10 days until you start seeing opportunities.
Loops usually need at least 3000 unique users a month to start showing opportunities.

We run in your data warehouse and process the data in our environment. We optimize data consumption and therefore the additional costs from processing data in your data warehouse are negligible.
Loops connects directly to your database or data warehouse without any coding or R&D resources. Loops currently supports the following data sources
If you want Loops to analyze customer data that resides within an analytics platform, you can integrate that data into Loops without any coding or R&D resources.
*Loops support is dependent on your platform access and tier.
