Loops is a fast-growing SaaS software company that provides innovative solutions to help product organizations crush their KPIs. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The job will require working US hours.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential customers in the target market • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach • Qualify and prioritize leads based on established criteria • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified leads • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system (Hubspot) • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Continuously develop industry knowledge to better understand customer needs and market trends • Identify and suggest ways to improve the sales process
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably in the SaaS industry • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hubspot • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Willingness to work US hours
