The Operations Manager will be a core function in the team, helping ideas become a reality and driving operations across the company. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for the right person to make their mark on a truly disruptive, high profile, market-leading company.
What you’ll do:
Based in Israel, reporting to the CEO. As an Operations Manager, your primary goal will be to ensure that the company is running smoothly and efficiently, while also working to improve its performance and position it for growth.
o Managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the offices
o Accounts payable: Manage invoicing and collections
o Bookkeeping assistance: Manage expenses, invoices, work closely with bookkeeping
o Manage payroll from A-Z including tracking employee vacation/sick days, preparing all relevant information to the controller
o Human Resources: You will manage the recruiting process, employee experience, including benefits and payroll, on- and off-boarding, support employee operational needs, including technology hardware, locally and globally.
o Financials: Work closely with the CFO and Controller to make sure for accurate and timely reporting
o Manage vendors and suppliers: Benchmark for relent vendors, negotiate pricing and payments
o Business travels – Assisting the company’s employees with flights, hotels, other travel expenses and reporting
o Investors relations: assisting in maintaining strong relationships with Loops investors & board members
o Work closely with the CEO assisting with different administrative tasks

You should feel comfortable working directly with stakeholders and have the ability to influence teams and leaders around you to drive success. You pay high attention to details and never leave a loose end behind. You predict problem ahead and you are not afraid of a challenge. You are proactive and have a “can do” approach.
● At least 2 years of relevant experience in a role with similar requirements and (preferably a startup, SaaS company)
● Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
● Strong organizational and planning skills
● Fluent English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
