As the first sales hiring at Loops, you will help Loops build one of the most exciting and innovative products in the analytics space.
Revolutionizing the way product and growth teams make data-driven decisions, you will be working with the best B2C and PLG B2B companies to help them crush their KPIs. You build the playbook from scratch, and then recruit world-class sales professionals to scale it.
What will you be doing?
- Leading and building the Sales organization of Loops. We’ll recruit and coach top talented sales professionals.
- Selling to product and data teams at tech mid-market companies and enterprises.
- Building a structured and scalable sales process.
Who are you?
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise sales, at least 3 in sales management
- You have successfully built and led teams in the past, including experience in recruiting and mentoring.
- You have experience managing the full life cycle of sales from prospecting to closing deals.
- You have experience selling to tech companies.
- You worked in the analytics industry (product/marketing analytics, BI, etc) – big advantage
- You did sales for start-ups – an advantage.
- Location – West Coast, preferably Bay Area.
